- my favorite quote to live by - "always leave enough time in your life to do something that makes you happy, satisfied, even joyous. that has more of an effect on economic well-being than any other single factor."
- recycling, seriously. i've discovered that of all the garbage i dispose, recyclables more than double bio-degradable material. i should be disposing responsibly and contribute less to the pollution of our planet. so i'm taking recycling seriously now.
- retreat spot - an exotic retreat in nature, orang asli style, which i'll be experiencing soon, thanks to 2 friends back home. it looks uncommercialised, which i love. www.serendah.com
- brilliant easy-to-make party foods - vietnamese rice paper rolls, vietnamese noodle salad, peking duck wraps. absolutely yummy!
- theatre - "exit the king" played by geoffrey rush, currently showing at the CUB malthouse theatre melbourne
- food - souvlaki. yummy! tender slices of chicken grilled on the spit, wrapped in a flat turkish bread with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and tzatziki. i love greek food!
- movie "the red violin"
- book "bono on bono" conversations with michka assayas
- book "the artist's way" by julia cameron. instrumental for my being reborn
